2026 Farmers Markets

Humans have been gathering for markets for thousands of years, and we continue to do so because it offers so many benefits to everyone involved. When you shop at a farmers market, you are connecting with your community, supporting your local economy, and promoting safer food systems. The produce you get there is local, which has better flavor, encourages people to eat seasonally, enables them to get a variety of foods, and provides higher nutrient content (compared to foods not harvested and sold locally). Visiting a farmers market often involves strolling around outside on a nice day, providing a great opportunity for some light physical activity and vitamin D absorption from the sun.

This year, we sadly said goodbye to the St. George's Thursday Farmers Market. But now there are two new markets to check out! And, if you loved the St. George's market, you'll love the first one; it is only 3 miles away and will be held at the same date and time. Meet the newest markets, and check out the map below for the complete list of 2026 Farmers Markets!
