Cilantro-Lime Brown Rice

This is a delicious, healthy side for tacos, seafood, grilled chicken, and so much more! The cilantro and lime bring a bright flavor to this side dish. Brown rice lends more fiber, vitamins, and minerals than white rice, but you can certainly substitute for white rice as well. This recipe can be doubled or tripled and is great to prepare in bulk and use for meal prep throughout the week.
