Turkey Tacos

This is a lean, heart healthy, high protein version of tacos that does not sacrifice flavor, thanks to a bold, low-sodium seasoning blend. You can substitute ground turkey with ground chicken, or make it vegetarian using tofu or beans. To round out this meal and add some fiber, serve with a side of black beans or brown rice.
