Salmon and Spring Orzo

Orzo is actually a pasta, but when it is cooked, it reminds me of risotto (which is a rice): soft, creamy, starchy. Asparagus are in season, and cozy orzo is perfect for a rainy spring day. Add a touch of bright green by topping with chopped chives, green onion, or fresh herbs.
