Simple Baked Salmon

Ingredients:

1 Salmon fillet, 4-6 ounces

Lemon, sliced crosswise into rounds

Salt and Pepper



Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400˚F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

  2. Place salmon skin-side-down on the baking tray. Season with salt and pepper. Place lemon slices on top.

  3. Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145˚F.


Notes:

Makes 1 serving. Recipe can be doubled, tripled, or quadrupled. Baking time may need to be increased for larger servings.
