Fish In A Bag

This is one of my favorite recipes. I make it all the time and switch up the fish and vegetables. Any fin-fish works well here. This recipe is for 1 portion. If making additional servings, I recommend portioning those individually in their own bags to allow for consistent cooking throughout.
